The students at St. John the Evangelist Regional Catholic School reach out to the community through many service projects.

Preschool makes cards for Children's Hospital
Kindergarten makes cards for the residents of Mt. Macrina, Laurel Ridge, and Golden Living.
First Grade makes gifts for Golden Living.
Second Grade collects donations for Fayette Friends of Animals.
Third Grade collects items for Operation Christmas Child.
Fourth Grade collects cans for the Allegheny Hospital Burn Unit and sends cards to St. Jude Hospital, Servicemen/women overseas and at the VA Hospital.
Fifth Grade collects items for the Crime Victim's Center.
Sixth Grade creates cards for St.Jude's Hospital.
Seventh Grade collects for Food for the Poor.
Eighth Grade Collects food and money for St. Vincent de Paul stores.

 
All grades participate in a Senior Citizen Pen Pal program through our surrounding Catholic Parishes.
